Thank you for your interest in the Providence Health Care system.

We help health care facilities simplify their supplemental staffing relationships with outside agencies. We provide an online forum for facilities to post openings for health care professionals. As a partner staffing agency, you can browse the list of openings and we will automatically send you an e-mail when a new opening is posted. You can then place a bid on the opening, provide a candidate summary, update or withdraw your offer. If your offer is chosen, you will be notified and you can begin the interview and placement process.

To view, place, or make an offer on openings you must have an account with us. Please complete the following steps:

  1. Complete and submit the form below.

  2. Fax to 888.272.7427 the following information:

    • Signed Terms and Conditions
    • Professional & General Liability Insurance
    • Workman's Comp Insurance
    • Executed W9 form
    • 3 Current Hospital References

Once all of this information is received, Providence will review your information to ensure that you meet our requirements. If these requirements are met, you will be contacted for any further documentation required or a link to create your system account. Feel free to call us at 888.272.7427.
